Do all the devices work in Egypt without a voltage converter?هل كل الأجهزة بتشتغل في مصر من غير محول؟
Yes. All of our devices work normally in Egypt and are suitable for the Egyptian voltage. You don’t need a converter.

What warranty support do you offer?الـ Warranty Support اللي بتقدموه إيه؟
Imported brands come with an international warranty only — no one in Egypt can offer a local warranty on them. But because we deal directly with the brands, we can offer after-sales maintenance support for devices bought from us only. If anything happens to your device, we contact the brand, import the part that needs replacing, and let you know the cost first. This very rarely happens, as these devices are made from good materials and last.
البراندات المستوردة بيبقى ليها ضمان خارجي فقط، ومحدش بيقدر يوفر ضمان محلي. بس إحنا لأننا بنتواصل مع البراندات نفسها، بنقدر نقدملك خدمة صيانة ما بعد البيع، وده للأجهزة اللي اتشرت من عندنا بس. لا قدر الله لو حصل أي حاجة للجهاز، بنكلم البراند ونستورد الجزء اللي محتاج تغيير، ونبلغك بالتكلفة الأول. والحمدلله ده نادر جدًا، لأن الماتيريال بتاعتها كويسة وبتعيش.
Can the bristles melt or get damaged like local devices?هل السنون ممكن تسيح أو تبوظ زي الأجهزة المحلية؟
No. That’s exactly why we select and test these devices — their materials hold up and last.

Is the plug 2-pin or 3-pin?الفيشة ثنائية ولا ثلاثية؟
We import in large quantities, so the same device may come with a 2-pin or a 3-pin plug — all of them are UK plugs (type C or type G). There’s nothing to worry about: just use any regular 2-pin adapter and it works normally.
إحنا بنستورد كميات كبيرة، فممكن نفس الجهاز يبقى فيه فيشة ثنائية أو ثلاثية، وكلهم UK plug (type C أو type G). وده مفيهوش أي قلق، بتحطي أي فيشة ثنائية وبتشتغل طبيعي.
How long does the order take to arrive?الأوردر بيوصل في أد إيه؟
From 3 to 5 days. If you need the order delivered on the same day within Cairo or Giza, message us on WhatsApp.
من 3 لـ 5 أيام. ولو محتاجة الأوردر يوصل في نفس اليوم في نطاق القاهرة أو الجيزة، كلمينا على الواتساب.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?هل فيه استبدال أو استرجاع؟
Because these are imported devices for personal use, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If your device has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos or a video of the defect, and we’ll replace it or refund you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
لأن دي أجهزة مستوردة واستخدام شخصي، مفيش استرجاع لو غيّرتي رأيك. لكن لو الجهاز فيه عيب صناعة، كلمينا خلال 48 ساعة من استلامه مع صور أو فيديو للعيب، وهنبدّلهولك أو نرجّعلك فلوسك. التفاصيل كلها في سياسة الاسترجاع.
What payment methods do you accept?طرق الدفع إيه؟
Cash, or Visa debit and credit cards. If you’d rather pay by InstaPay or a mobile wallet, place the order as cash on delivery — you’ll get a confirmation message, and you can ask us there for the InstaPay or wallet number.
كاش، أو فيزا ديبت أو كريدت. ولو محتاجة تدفعي بالإنستاباي أو المحفظة، اعملي الأوردر دفع عند الاستلام وهيتبعتلك رسالة تأكيد، واطلبي مننا رقم الإنستاباي أو المحفظة.
